Shell Clarke, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Clarke is an industrial business leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning general management, project execution, operations, infrastructure development, systems optimization, and organizational leadership across oil & gas, manufacturing, and industrial operations.

Throughout his career, Shell has led the development, restructuring, and operational scaling of multiple businesses and industrial programs, including organizations managing large-scale operational assets and high-volume manufacturing environments.

His background combines operational leadership, commercial development, systems integration, project execution, and business process optimization with a strong focus on scalable organizational design and disciplined risk management.

Mr. Clarke’s experience includes:

J. Hamilton. Vice President Engineering & Projects

Mr. Hamilton brings more than 30 years of experience across project management, engineering, and construction within the oil & gas, power generation, and mining industries.

His experience includes leadership roles involving major industrial projects, engineering coordination, construction execution, and integrated project delivery, with significant exposure to Fischer-Tropsch-related processes and large-scale industrial infrastructure development.

Mr. Hamilton’s areas of focus include:

Administration & Organizational Support

Susan Clarke, Chief Administration Officer

Mrs. Clarke brings extensive experience in business operations, organizational management, financial administration, systems implementation, and operational coordination across industrial, service, manufacturing, and contractor-based businesses.

Her background includes leadership across:

  • contract and documentation administration

Throughout her career, Mrs. Clarke led and supported organizations through operational restructuring, systems implementation, financial process improvement, and business growth initiatives. Her experience includes managing accounting operations, administrative systems, regulatory documentation, client coordination, and internal process development across multiple business environments.
